HOW DO I ORDER?

You may place your orders anytime online on our website: www.nkadi.shop.

When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered to your preferred payment method. Please provide the correct information even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

 

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
We accept all major form of payment like Credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Square.

 

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION?

All orders are subject to Nkadi Fashion verification procedures for your protection from fraud and identity theft. Should your order require verification, we will advise you via phone or e-mail. For this reason, we advise our customers to provide phone numbers when placing orders as well as ensure their contact and shipping information is current.

We may ask you to verify that you are the card owner or your ship-to information is valid. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple call-back (which can be done after business hours) or via email.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Yes, we ship Worldwide! You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

 

How Much is Shipping? 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated prior to completion of checkout. At checkout, you will be offered shipping choices and their respective prices for items added to your cart

 

 How Long Does Shipment Take? 

US Orders:
1. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
2. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)

International Orders:
1. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)
2. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay in processing and delivery times.

 

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DO I DO?

Due to the exquisite nature of our collection, we do not stock large quantities of any item per fashion season. For this reason, we advise our clientele to purchase as much as possible of desired product.

However, if you have order an item that is out of stock, please contact us if you need to order a specific product and we will try our best to make it happen.

 

What if an item is defective or is not what I ordered?

In the event your order is defective or the wrong item is shipped, we will ship you a replacement at no charge to you and credit the return shipping cost once the wrong or defective order is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item.
